About Dr. Andrew Zischke and Special Interests

Dr Andrew Zischke graduated from the University of Queensland where he completed his Bachelor of Dental Science with first class honours. Dr Andrew has completed a large myriad of postgraduate seminars and courses both in Australia and overseas. As an Experienced Ipswich Dentist and with his high level dedication in the field of general, cosmetic and implant dentistry, Dr Andrew is passionate about helping his patients achieve a good looking, healthy smile. Dr Andrew has a vast experience in private dental practice, working in Hervey Bay and Brisbane, prior to establishing his practice together in Ipswich at Grange Road Dental Group.

Dr Andrew's connection to the local Ipswich community extends back to when his family grew up and worked on dairy farms just outside of Ipswich and on small crops farms in the Lockyer Valley region.

Outside of Dentistry

Outside of dentistry Dr Andrew has a passion for music, in particular the cello. Dr Andrew regularly likes to perform at recitals and with orchestras when he can. He is a member of the Australian Doctors Orchestra that performs annually throughout Australia. All the money raised from Dr Andrew's recitals has been donated to The Cancer Council, Mater Children's Hospital Foundation and initiatives of Rotary.

Dr Andrew looks forward to time spent with his two boys - who are very active and into sports, music and chess. He also enjoys tending to his organic vegetable garden.

About Dr. Yi-Lin (James) Yang

Dr Yi-Lin (James) Yang completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in James Cook University in Cairns. Throughout his degree he has had the pleasure of working in Townsville, Barcaldine, and Darwin. He has also worked remotely to Barunga in the Northern Territory – assisting in the care of Indigenous Australians. James is dedicated to assist his patients by providing high quality care and healthier smiles.

James was born in Brisbane but grew up on a prawn farm in Mission Beach, Queensland. His family previously owned 3 prawn farms in the locations of Mission Beach QLD, Proserpine QLD and Yamba NSW.

Outside of Dentistry

Outside of dentistry James seeks new activities to try. He currently has a continuously growing hobby list of archery, ice-skating, roller-blading, skiing, and snowboarding. James also loves to spend his time playing board games, binging Netflix, and trying out new foods.
